Implementing Organisational Change for Global IT
This was a four-month long project in the final stages of a change management program for one of the world’s largest banks.
The changes involved a significant realignment of IT processes, to better support the core businesses, together with a change
of focus in job role and description for 3,500 people located in the UK, Germany, India, Singapore and the US. Training and
consultancy took place in Frankfurt, Singapore and New York. Training and was given to over 80 key staff, from senior managers
to technical specialists.
We assisted by:
- Working with senior management to get commitment and buy in for the change program and the focus of the training and implementation
- Developing an interactive induction training program for all employees
- Training senior line managers to deliver interactive training
- Facilitating discussions and negotiations between line managers and process specialists
- Supporting HR in meeting project management milestones
- Training of middle managers and technical specialists to deliver peer-to-peer training
- Providing on-going consultancy and support to help trainers develop content and deliver interactive technical and role-based training
