Leaders of the Future: The Power of Influence

A two-day kick off for a two week “Summer School”. This is a yearly program offered to the children of Private Wealth Management clients. Those attending are aged between 18 and 28 and come from more than 20 different countries. Our contribution to the program involves introducing the participants to the ideas of leadership, in a series of practical activities and case studies, whilst making sure that they get to know each other and form good working and social relationships. The course covers:

• Identifying the key skills for working in teams – co-operation, open-mindedness, creativity, focus and planning
• Evaluating the different types of leadership style
• Recognising the cultural differences in team working and leadership
• Structuring the information for maximum clarity and impact
• Working together under pressure – playing to the strengths of the team, delegating tasks, accepting and giving leadership
